In partnership with the Communicable Diseases Genomics Network (CDGN), the AusPathoGen Program hosted a series of webinars to support teaching and training initiatives that build national capacity in whole genome sequencing. These sessions featured experts from jurisdictions across Australia and New Zealand spanning the topics of wet-lab processes, dry-lab processes, and clinical reporting considerations.
