Dr Eby Sim

Dr. Eby Sim is a Research Fellow from the University of Sydney. Based at the NSW Health Pathology - Institute of Clinical Pathology and Medical Research (ICPMR) at Westmead Hospital, he is one of two lead postdocs for the Mycobacterium tuberculosis foundational project. In addition, he is also interested in utilising long-read sequencing to investigate complex genomic regions of clinically relevant microbial pathogens as well as translating the utility of long-read sequencing for clinical applications.
